Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your progress is saved permanently. You simply lose access to Medium and Hard challenges and Pro features until you resubscribe.

How does the annual plan work?

It renews automatically each year. You can cancel before the renewal date to stop future charges.

What is streak recovery?

Every billing cycle you receive 3 recovery credits (capped at 6). Each credit recovers one missed day — yesterday only.

Are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. SQLumina never sees or stores your card number.
